NO, it does not, However to do so all you need to do is get an air chisel and make one. I'm doing that to mine soon.

The 2001 Chevy S 10 Blazer power door lock relay switch is located inside of the drivers side door. You will need to remove the drivers side door panel in order to access the door lock relay switch.
