Jehovah's Witnesses is the name of a Christian Group that worship the God of The Bible, identified therein as "Jehovah". They are best known for their "Witnessing" or speaking about the gospel.
Jehovah's Witnesses are a Christian Group.

"Jehovah" is the English transliteration of the name of God found in the bible (YHWH) and a Witnesses is someone that testifies (speaks) about what they know or have seen, thus a Jehovah's Witnesses is someone that speaks about what they believe to be true about the God of the bible.

The Jehovah's Witnesses are a Christian denomination who they believe strongly in the entire Bible. Their name comes from the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament). The original pronunciation of God's name has been lost due to a Jewish superstition that held it as too sacred to pronounce. However Jehovah is the most common pronunciation in the English language, so that is what they call Him. Similarly, we use the common English pronunciations of Jesus, John, James and other Biblical names, even though the Hebrew names are quite different (Jesh-u'ah, Je-ho-han-nan', and Ja-coub') In the book of Isaiah (chapter 43), it says that those who believe in Him should bear witness that He alone is God. Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus is the son of God, but unlike some Christian denominations, they do not believe Jesus is God. When they pray, they pray to Jehovah, but they pray in the name of Jesus Christ, since they believe Jesus was the perfect example of serving God. Jehovah's Witnesses try to emulate how Jesus lived.

Thus, the meaning of the name "Jehovah's Witnesses" is that members believe the Bible is true and that they are witnesses to that truth; that is why they often go door to door, telling people about the importance of the Bible and sharing their belief that Jesus will return to establish his kingdom.

Can Jehovah witness perform wedding of non Jehovah witness?

No they can't. Unless one of the couple is studying with the Jehovah's Witness and is with a spouse while not married. If the person is truly sure of baptizing as a Jehovah's Witness then the only way to do it is by the person getting married to be able to get baptized as a now Jehovah's Witness and not sin in Jehovah God's eyes.
