It does, but due to the third brake light (and in some models the rear seat belts) being integrated into the top it is technically no longer legal for it to be removable. Because of this Ford removed the instructions on how to remove the top in the 1992-1996 model owner's manuals. If you can find an owner's manual from a 1991 or older Bronco, the process should be the same. The exception to this is that the brake light wiring and possibly the rear seat belt mounts will also have to be dealt with.
The Bronco's design was intended to have the top come off so every year bronco's top can come off but they only make soft tops up to 77 for the bronco so before you try to take yours off think about getting a custom made one or the seal of the roof wont be the same.
there is plastic trim along the top. remove it with a panel romoval tool, and the use a 1/4 in socket to take off bolts, i believe there are 14 of them.
The Eddie Bauer was an option ordered from Ford. It was the top of the line Ford Bronco from 1987 to 1996
Yes but you need a tool from ford. All parts stores should have it.
you have to drop the tank its mounted to the top
On a 1996 Ford Bronco : The ELECTRIC fuel pump is INSIDE the fuel tank * it is installed through an access hole in the top of the tank
See the link below.
yes, you have to take off the inside trim around the seam of the top then unbolt the vandal proof torx bolts around it the top, and the seatbelts need to be unbolted alont with a wire harness plug in the back
