Assuming that you are refering to a 2wd Tahoe haveing the 4wd wireing harness, the answer is yes. If you remove the plastic caps between the stereo, and the guage cluster, and there should be 4 wireing connections ont he harness. In the tailgate model, one of the harnesses is the wiper on the rear window, one to release the rear window remotely so that it can be opened, and then below that (where there are two caps) there are two additional connections (one for each button of the push button 4wd system) Please note the ends of the connections may be covered in adhesive backed foam that you may need to remove. I am curious, what are you planning on doing with this? are you planning on installing four wheel drive on a stock two wheel drive?

If you unhinge the glove box, there is a black box with a wiring harness that plugs upward into the bottom - this attachment comes loose, best fix I have found is to make the connection tight, and then tape the harness in place so gravity can't work it loose anymore.
