∙ 13y agoEvery state has it's own unemployment laws, but speaking from Texas - in order to receive unemployment, you have to be available to work at all times. If you are going to school, that means you are not be available to work

∙ 13y agoDepends what state your from. If your under 24 then there are usually services in your state that will assist w/ classes if needed and the expense for the exam.
