Theoretically, but if any were there they would be of little consequence. The female carries the egg capsule to within 24 hrs of hatching. If you stress the female and she dropped the egg early and one did manage to stay in your clothing survive the dryer and hatch out, hatch would be reduced & they would probably still not become established in any area without a food source. Since they (eggs) are big enough to see, you can simply destroy any you find.

Is it true that if you stand on a cockroach it lays its eggs?

Cockroaches (or shouldn't that be "henroaches"?) do not lay individual eggs. About 20 eggs are massed together in an egg case called an ootheka. If you crush the roach, the egg case may survive because the roach carries it around for a time as it hardens. If you don't crush the ootheka, it may eventually hatch. If the eggs are still inside the roach, they stand little chance of survival because they will rapidly dry out without the protection of the ootheka.

Do cockroaches eggs live on clothes?

well not im my opinion but they do lay eggs in the corners of drawers though. but they do crawl into your clothes and and hide in your clothes. so be careful if your friends have roaches in their house. don't sit on anything like couches or anything because they be in their to.
