No, the 2005 Honda Accord 2.4 L 4-cylinder uses a chain and does not use a belt. The chain is designed to last the life of the engine and is normally replaced during a complete engine rebuild. The Honda V6 however does still have a belt that must be replaced every 110,000 miles.
