Two individual rights of the US citizens include the right to express yourself and your opinions and the right to worship as you please. These rights allow you to speak up when you are injured by the government or another person and allow you the freedom to pursue the religion that interests you.
There are a number of basic rights of the individual embodied in the constitution. Some of them include voting in elections, right to equality, right against exploitation, right to freedom of religion and so much more.
The individual rights of citizens not mentioned in any amendments are the following:
1. All rights regarding US citizens not given by the US Constitution is for each state to decide provided no Constitutional rights are abused.
2. The body of the US Constitution gives people the following rights:

The anti-federalists were in favor of the Articles of Confederation as the law for the new government. If the Constitution was to be the law of the land, the anti=federalists insisted on a Bill of Rights.
The main body of the Constitution are the Amendments.
The Ku Klan Klan is classified as a terrorist organization in the United States. The Ku Klux Klan as a body is legal, due to rights protected by the constitution, but crimes committed by individual in the Ku Klux Klan are not legal.
The opponents of the constitution of the United States of America were known as the anti-federalists. They did not want a strong federal government because they wanted to keep sovereignty to the states. Furthermore, they thought it would be hard for one body to govern the different needs of the thirteen states. With one federal government ruling above the states, the liberties of some states may be taken away for the good of the nation as a whole which was against the individual rights of the states.

Individual rights can be protected under public international law through instruments such as human rights treaties, declarations, and conventions. States are bound by these agreements to respect and uphold the rights of individuals, and international monitoring bodies can hold them accountable for any violations. This helps to establish a framework that promotes the protection and promotion of individual rights on a global scale.
Besides the main body of the constitution, which consists of seven articles, there is also the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights consists of the first ten amendments to the Constitution, enabling it to be passed.
No body knows
Rights not listed
No, the rights of both citizens and non-citizens are protected by the US Constitution. However, there are some right specifically reserved for citizens, such as the right to a Federal job and to vote.In actuality, the Constitution doesn't apply to "citizens," nor does it even apply to "people." It applies to the government. It tells the government what it can and can't do (the body tells the government what it can do, and the Bill of Rights tells it what it can't do).Immigration rules are administrative ones, and are mandated by Congress, not the courts. While what is said above is legally true, in reality, non-citizen's rights are NOT protected by the US Constitution. The government cannot completely remove the right of aliens to keep and bear arms, have freedom of expression, etc, but it can greatly restrict those rights almost to the point where they are non-existent. This just goes to show that the interpretation of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights is really completely arbitary on the part of the government.
Illegals/Noncitizens are subject to the laws of their own Country, granted they must obey our laws but if arrested, their Embassy is contacted for their Countries intercession- Why b/c they are Subjects of their Country- Always- 1st & Foremost! Our Govt has eroded Citizens Rights by stating Everyone is Constitutionally protected! When the Constitution was written, many Noncitizens lived among Citizens and were NOT given the Rights that were granted to Citizens! You ERODE our Constitution when you freely give those Rights that many have fought & died for to anyone that steps foot on our soil!
People of the convention argued that if we don't include the bill of rights in the Constitution, it would open doors to tyranny in the government. But in my opioin, our government is already crap so.
A limited government meaning, restraints are placed on the power of the government, citizens rights and freedoms are protected, citizens can participate in government via elections. Government by the Rule of Law as stated in the Edict of Nantes (putting an end to religious wars). The Magna Carta (referring, amongst other things to the protection of individual rights) Th Constitution (as a body of fundamental principles to which a state is acknowledged to be governed) These principles are common to many democratic governments throughout the world - not only France
The purpose of the Constitution is to protect the rights of individuals, and to limit governments power. The constitution is the body of fundamentalism laws setting out the principles, structures, and processes of a government.
