If your rug is wet on the passenger side you'll need to get under the hood.Remove the plastic grate/cowl on the passenger side. You'll need some different mm sized ratchets for this.Take it all the way to the screen in there.Remove all debris.Tighten any bolts there.Put a ton of silicone or anything that will stop water all around everything, including the underside of the cowl.Check the weatherstripping under there too and replace if necessary.
A water leak from the radiator in to the passenger compartment is usually a sign of a leak in the heater core. If the water is not from the radiator then there may be a leak in a window or door seal, or a hole in the undercarriage that is allowing water from the road to soak the carpet..
If that water is engine coolant, the heater core is leaking.
Sunroof drains are clogged.
Probably have a leak in the heater core>
You tape it up with duct tape dhuuu!
check your blower motor, located under the dash board. its on the passenger side. if the leak is on the drivers side, i have no clue. but my hubby's car is leaking water from the blower motor on the passenger side. found out at the car wash...
A damaged heater core will cause coolant or water to leak onto the passenger floorboard.
Are you running the air conditioner? If the drain line is plugged, it will leak water (condensation) onto the passenger side floor.
maybe the heater core.
when your heater core is shot it will leak on the passenger side of vehicle and your windshield will fog up most of the time
It is not the heater core but rain water, near the hood hinge on the passenger side;they is a "cave in" area that trap water and in the middle they is a ruber plug that seem to leak. silicone fix the problem for a few day,now I'm back to square 1 and the leak is back.
Maybe a bad heater core
