Strange question really. This unit is a mechanically spring loaded unit which is mounted at the rear of the engine between the engine and the bulkhead. The auxiliary belt runs around the crankshaft pulley, water pump pulley, Power Steering pump pulley, alternator pulley and then the tensioner. These units sell on eBay for a wide range of prices mostly quite high (£40-£60) but scrap car dealers will do them for a lot less, showing that eBay isn't always the best option price wise. Alternatively you can replace the bearings in these yourself for around £5 and they are then like new. I had to do mine as it was makng a squeak, not drastic but enough to be annoying and make me worried about the cam belts. Those should be replaced professionally around the 60k - 80k miles mark.

What milage should a timing belt be changed on a 2000 fiesta zetec s?

You must be referring to a European Ford as the Fiesta is no longer sold in the U.S. Gates has no listing for a 2000 Fiesta. All 2000 Fords with a belt that are listed require the belt to be changed at 120,000 miles. The Focus engine is an interferance engine, and if the belt breaks engine damage will occur. I suggest you call a Ford dealer to make sure on your Fiesta.

It depends on whether you have PAS and Air con.... as u look at the pulleys the tensioner will usually be top left pulley unless you have PAS and AC, then tensioner will be the one below the top left pulley.
