Well there are 3 main types of milk

1. blue label- full fat milk (beware if trying to loose weight avoid this milk.)

2 green label- medium fat milk (approx 1.2 fat) you can drink this milk if loosing weight

3. red label no fat milk this is brilliant while loosing weight

well yes british semi- skimmed milk is good for you but red label milk is the best milik to drink
