This could save you hours! Don't even open the hood! All you have to do is remove the first clip on your wheel well covering (the one nearest the front bumper). Most likely, you will accomplish this with a small screw driver or pair of pliers. If the clip brakes, don't worry, they are cheap and easy to replace. Fold back the wheel covering enough so that you can easily access the back of the turn signal socket. Turn it slightly counter clockwise and it should come right out. Don't even bother with disconnecting the wires. Lightly press in on the bulb and turn it counter clockwise. It should pop out gently. After you replace it with the new bulb you may want to test your turn signal before putting it all back together.
