The fuel pump relay would be under the hood, mounted on the firewall on the driver's side. There are two relays there side by side. Looking at them front the front with hood open the one on the right is for the fuel pump and the other one to the left is for the ac compressor (if equipped). This vehicle doesn't have a interia shutoff switch for the fuel pump.

There is a fuel pump relay and there is an enertia switch that is the fuel shut off. The enertia switch on my 95 is in the trunck on firewall behind carpet (left side). I have not yet found my fuel pump relay.
