There are 8 different types of vitamin B, they work in synergy to help with many bodily functions. (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 & B12) A combination of B vitamins is known as a Vitamin B Complex:

  • Support and increase the rate of metabolism
  • Maintain healthy skin, hair and muscle tone
  • Enhance immune and nervous system function
  • Promote cell growth and division
  • Reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer (when consumed in food, but not when ingested in vitamin tablet form)
