This is a question which is often asked in Job interviews. The best answers is, of course, the honest one.

Since our childhood we might have or not have got chances, to show our leadership and teambuilding.

This might include, our leading the sports team, or making a club or other social organization and reaching towards a common goal.

One of the best way to practice these skills is joining a toastmasters club. Where you can rise to a leadership position, and then experience working with volunteers. This will teach you valueable lessons.

You will wish that you are asked this question after that, trust me!

to find a toastmasters club, near you, you can log on to www.toastmasters.org
