In this task I will be explaining the purpose of a balance sheet and its main purpose, a balance sheet is a quantitative summary of a company's financial condition at a specific point in time, including assets, liabilities and new worth. The first part of a balance sheet shows all the productive assets a company owns, and the second part shows all the financing methods. The purpose of a balance sheet is to identify potential liquidity problems.

Now I am going to summarise the main components of the balance sheet and give examples from the Rightbyte case study. The first component of the balance sheet is fixed assets; this includes things like land, buildings, equipment, machinery and vehicles. Fixed assets are now consumed or sold during the normal course of a business but their owner uses them to carry on its operations.

The next component of the balance sheet is depreciation; this is the reduction in the value of an asset due to things like usage, passage of time, and technological outdating or obsolescence. Depreciation is used to describe any method of attributing the historical or purchase cost of an asset across its useful life.

The third component part of a balance sheet is current assets; this equals the sum of cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, inventory, marketable securities, prepaid expenses and other assets that could be converted to cash in less than one year. A company's creditors will often be interested in how much that company has in current assets.

Another component part of a balance sheet is current liabilities; this is what the company currently owes which must be paid within one year. They are the opposite of current assets. Current liabilities include things like short term loans, Accounts Payable, dividends, and the interest payable. Current liabilities represent money a company owes for its debts or liabilities in the next twelve months.

The last component part of a balance sheet is working capital; this is how much in liquid assets a company has available to build its business. The number can be positive or negative, depending on how much debt the company is carrying.

Why does Pakistan think they have the right to Kashmir over India?

Legally, Jammu & Kashmir is an integral and inseparable part of India. The British had ruled India as one undivided country made up of many provinces and princely states. When they left, India was partitioned into two separate countries. The new country, as mentioned earlier, was called Pakistan. The British as well as the leaders of both India and Pakistan had agreed to one basic principle - every inch of land must go either to India or to Pakistan. In other words, people living in India before the partition of 1947, had only two options: they could either join Pakistan or they could join India. They could not remain independent.Jammu & Kashmir was actually an exception. The Maharaja of the State had wanted time to decide whether he should join Pakistan or join India. But the rulers of Pakistan did not want to give him the opportunity to decide and instead attacked his state, killing hundreds of people and causing extensive damage to property. The Pakistani action forced the Maharaja to join India. But still pakistan try to take over kashmir which is illegal.

How many wars Pakistan has won against India?

Practically Nil. However Pakistan remains in custody of the land they secured before the Indian Army took control of the Jammu and Kashmir after the King signed the document of accession to the Indian Union in 1947, which is called Azad Kashmir. However it would be stupid to say Pakistan has won any of the wars against India. If you look at the definition of 'war' it means 'defeating a country and taking over their land' either that or bringing down a regime like America did against the Nazis. India has never brought down any Pakistani regime nor has it taken over any of Pakistan's land. Pakistan never surrendered to India, both countries stop halfway through every war because both know the devastation it will cause throughout South and Central Asia. I hate the dunce's that argue to this by bringing up the independance of East Pakistan/Bangladesh. THAT WAS A Indian victory over Pakistan . India fought for the independance of Bangladesh. They fought to give the Bengalis their land, it was Pakistan's war against Bangladesh but the Indian troops joined in to help so it was a clear indian victory. Therefore India has won a war against Pakistan. But Pakistan has never won. But if you look at kargil war, you will e India lost 526 soldiers while Pakistanis lost 4567 soldiers. And Pakistanis surrendered to the Indian forces. So India has won 2 wars with Pakistan but Pakistan has never won any, even though it has a strong millitary.
