Have an impacted 3rd molar on the lower left side of my mouth. It's pushing up on my 2nd molar which is now loose. No cash or ins. Should I just shake the 2nd molar loose to give way to the 3rd molar?

One would think there would be local government agencies that could assist with funds for having this done. Simple extractions usually run under $100 and are quick and easy. To remove this tooth yourself is inviting more problems - and possibly infection which can lead to abcess and more problems than you probably want to know about.
