You need to tell a trusted adult to help fix the problem.
And honestly most bullies are scared of being caught.

Also if a bully says that you are scared say to them sarcastically to them 'NOT REALLY!' and act like you don't care. Then the bully doesn't really know what to say! It worked on me!
