Heroin is made through a long chemical process first involving the cutting of the opium poppy,which allows raw opium gum or resin to seep out and dry over night.The opium is then collected,and through a long series of chemical proceeses that i don't have space or time to type about becomes refined opium,then becomes morphine base.Morphine base is taken usually to a place where trained chemists with various types of chemicals and laboratory eqiupment are.The morhine base is converted into heroin base,then the heroin base is converted into heroin powder,white number 4 heroin hydrochloride.However some heroin producers omit some steps leaving the heroin with a differetn color such as brown to dark brown,and in the example of Mexican black tar heroin certain chemicals are substituted which gives a resin like moist ,usually altho sometimes dried,dark black or blackish brown heroin with quite a few impurities.The where heroin is made is usually close to the areas,although not always where opium oppies are grown,such as Mexico,Columbia,Afghanistan,Africa,Turkey,India,Burma(Myanmar now),Thailand,china etc.
