That depends on the engine; find out what you have and include make, model and year of the car.
the plugs are numbered from in accending order from passenger side, rear of engine, 1, 2, 3, and then in the front from passenger side 4, 5, 6
your distrubator is numbered and your plugs if you start at the front of your engine toward the radiator the plugs are 2,4,6 and on the fire wall side the plugs are 1,3,5
The engine cylinders / spark plugs are numbered : passenger side of engine 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 from front to rear drivers side of engine 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 from front to rear The spark plug firing order is ( 1 - 3 - 7 - 2 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 8 )
