my ignition on my Honda accord will not turn over all of a sudden.could this have something to do with the viper alarm? thanks

Turning my ignition on and wont turn off because it is faulty.
Could be either a bad ignition switch or a bad voltage regulator (not opening circuit on shut-down)
Behind center of instrument panel.
its either the starter or your ignition
Turn on your headlights and try to start the car. If they don't come on at all or go out when you turn the key, you probably need your battery recharged or replaced. If they don't dim at all, you should check your starter relay and ignition switch. If your lights dim about halfway but the engine is not turning over, check your battery cables, connections, and starter.
I am not sure what causes this, but I have had times when my ignition key would not turn. The solution to the main problem is to turn the steering wheel slightly. This usually allows the ignition key to turn.
Defective ignition switch.
move the steering wheel while attempting to turn ignition key
I usually take the key out, turn it, and put it back in ignition to start
