Other than cutting off your leg, I can't imagine how you'd do that. Losing 40 pounds in one month is unsafe and probably not attainable. In order to lose weight, you should eat only fruits and vegetables, drink only water and exercise for short periods of time multiple times per day. If you lost one pound per day, that would only be 30 pounds. And to lose a pound a day, you'd have to create a calorie deficit of 3500 calories per day, by increasing your exercise and decreasing your intake. Not very reasonable.
