I am also 12 years old. However, I am female. I know what it is like to feel fat. I am 151 pounds and 4 feet 11 inches tall. If you want to try losing weight, remember that it will come off VERY slowly. Also, you probably want to consult a doctor before you try to lose any weight. You might be at a healthy weight for your BMI (body mass index). I like to have plain vanilla yogurt with berries for breakfast. For lunch I like the Lean Cuisine meals with a salad. Iceberg lettuce is not the best to make your salad out of. Try romaine. For dinner, try an other salad with a pita pocket and a side of mixed vegetables. Snack on fruits during the day and have plenty of water. You MUST exercise every for different times so your body does not get used to the change and end up keeping all the weight. Good luck!
