negotiation should always be reached in the term that reckons an individuals parochial interest not, altruistic is colossally preferable to any other that does not bring on board the various interests of the parties involved! it mostly said than done. have your objectives right, but not conflicting, even thou there is a conflict,but should be put under a resolution platform.
