1. regular exercise(they say that jogging, walking or running 1.6 km will help maintain a physically fit body but I'm not sure about this...)

2. having or eating a balanced diet(you know... the one with the grow, glow go food groups.. or whatever...this also means that you should avoid eating unhealthy food) People may think that this has nothing to do with the question but...it does. (food that is full of cholesterol is an example- this makes you fat which means an increase in weight...) 3.and uhm... I think that's it.
