Time is the only thing that makes you grow taller. Your size is determined by DNA and hormones. When you start puberty you will grow taller, and the shape of your body will change. Just hang in there. You can't hurry Mother Nature.

A few things that help...

I was 5'7 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 6'0. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using super-growth height enhancer 6 month course.

the following helped me and still help:

1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.

2.) playing Basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.

3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn't gain a pound but I looked skinnier.

Firstly, it does not matter how tall you are so there is no point trying to force yourself into growing taller because it is not possible and growing is a very slow process. However, in answer to your question certain foods contain helpful ingredients that help you grow. Including fish, which has protein which helps you grow but also is good for your brain.

A 12 year old can get taller by following the following regime

  • Balanced nutrition with additional protein and carbohydrates
  • Good sleep with the complete repair work of the body
  • Good posture and exercises so that growth is not marred with irregular postures
  • Appropriate clothes that enhance the tall look
  • Good sunshine and fresh air for vitamin B to build strong bones
  • Good mental exercise with meditation and pranayama.

For a female, roughly 4'1"- 4'8". For a male, roughly 4'3" - 5'1". These can vary extensively depending on a variety of factors, but within these ranges or near them would be around the normal height for a 10 year old.

by eating lots of fat. It increases the genetic attribute to increase to minji cell which increases the growth of bone. have lots of caffine and alcohol if you want to increase other areas like your toenails.

Size is mostly genetic but can be influenced by diet and exercise. Over all health can be improved by proper diet, exercise and rest. If you are concerned with the height of a ten year old it would be a perfect time to take the child to the pediatrician since he/she has probably not reached puberty yet and any growth abnormalities can be diagnosed and treated better before puberty starts.

10 year olds are limited by heredity in how high they can grow. Still, research from Japan shows there are some things they can do. After World War 2, Japanese children started eating Hamburgers instead of just starches. As a result, they grew much taller than their parents. We know from the Japanese children that if Children will eat meat and vegetables, they will grow taller than if they eat a diet of starches and sweets. Exercise also helps. Bones need exercise to grow. Bones only grow while you are asleep, so get all the sleep you need. It seems simple and it is.
