It's hard but not impossible and will take a lot of will power and strength, jog every day (long slow distance) drink lots of water stay away from soda and sugary drinks, don't eat sweet, fatty or oily foods, stay away from carbohydrates like bread pasta and potatoes, eat lots of vegetables, things like tofu and soy beans are excellent and healthy sources of protein fill up on that. Keep moving as much as you can even at home stand up and do some kind of movement. Good Luck

its also really helps to stop snacking, just eat a nice healthy meal that fills you up until the next one. you should have 3 meals a day or 6 small meals a day.

this is only for 20 days though.Most people put the weight they have lost so quickly on even faster

So to help prevent that you should have at least half an hour excersise per day and if you drink a hot water straight after that it will help burn the fat quicker. Its also alot easier if you excersise early in the morning because you havent eaten yet so you burn the fat instead of food you ate beofre hand.

its also ok to go to parties but a helpful tip is to eat something healthy like carrots before you go so your stomach isn't as hungry for the junk food.

Its also perfectly ok to have desserts as long as you have control with them. like having one 4 times a week is perfestly ok.

but for the first 20 days it has to be a strict diet
