Im unsure of the model year and make of your civic but when I received my 1997 civic LX manual it had a similar problem. As I found out, that model year, and possible the year before and after, had a problem with the idle air control and they were being replaced as part of a factory recall. The defect caused abnormal idling with the a/c on, usually running the rpm's up 1 or 2k and up in down within that range. If left long enough this could be the cause of shaking, but I don't know, I took it in to a dealership and had it replaced under the warranty in 2002. Don't expect the dealership people to know what's going on though, I had to prove there was a recall because the head of maintenance kept saying there wasn't one. Hope this helps a little, or at least points u in the right direction.
hi i got a Honda accord 95 a just put a new clutch kit in it clutch pressor plate and new beering and now when i downshift in 2nd gear it shakes a couple time tehn it stops what does that shaking ??
If it is a manual transmission I would suspect you have clutch problems. Possibly gear lube or hydraulic clutch fluid has leaked onto the clutch surface. The only repair is to replace the clutch and repair the leak. When you let the clutch out this causes the clutch to chatter thus causing the shaking.
your throwout bearing is going replace it
not unless the transmission already comes with a clutch for high performance hugh horsepower builds it would be better to upgrade the clutch anyway
To set the clutch on a Polaris snowmobile make sure you have cleaned the entire clutch assembly and adjust all the bolts to the proper setting. With both of those things done make sure you have properly lubed and set the belt to the right tension.
if you already have a clutch on the 140cc GX just use the chain direct to axel..
You don't adjust the clutch brake itself - that gets replaced. If you're trying to adjust the clutch itself, see the related question "how do you adjust a clutch on a Class 7 or 8 truck"... I've spelled it out there already
it already was made search it up on wikipedia.org
It sure sounds like your clutch is worn
when the car has its cluth down it doesnt shake because it set to move , however when it is up it is set to stay stable so it vibrated the car
I paid $246 but prior to installing it they disassembled it and cleaned it first which didnt work so they then ordered the part.
There are many ways for this to occur, for example: 1. Lebron James in clutch. (This is simply not logical) 2. I can't believe the television already broke, it's so clutch! (Just for you Qais) I'll text u in a minute...
