There are a couple of different ways to connect two washers to a single standpipe. You could add two (or one other) spigot to the stand by cutting and splicing the spigot into the pipe. The easier way might be to just add a faucet splitter to the existing spigot. The problem may lie in water pressure, however, if the pipe is not properly pressurized. If you are in a rental space, make sure connecting to the pipe is allowed, as they are often reserved for fire fighting purposes.
