Immigration and Border Services are very aware of scams like this that cheat the Canadian people and honest people who want to become citizens. Doing this is considered a crime in Canada and will result in you being expelled from Canada, your claim denied and you will not be allowed to return. The foolish person who lets you use them to defraud the Canadian people will be charged with a criminal offense.
Recently the government started coming down hard on frauds like this.
