I have a similar problem with my 1995 blazer. I find that wiggling the relays in the glove compartment starts mine up again. So far I have yet to figure out how to permantently fix this.

Yep, one for the signals and one for the emergency flashers.
the problem is the 2 relays ,main engine and fuel pump relays. they work together so if one arcs it shuts off the other. Always replace BOTH run about $16.50 ea at Kia dealer.

The turn signal relays are in the engine fuseblock in the engine compartment under the hood. Diagram is on the lid of the fuseblock
There are many fuses and relays in that vehicle, we need to know which one you are looking for.
Chevrolet doesn't use fuel reset switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
