First i would reconmend getting gastric bypass surgurey, then ask then to take out a little fat then :) or you could run on a treadmill nonstop for 12 hours have a protein shake then get back on for 48 hours. by then you will probably have lost 99.99% of your body fat :)

I do some work with this so i do know a lot about heath...... An hour a day in the morning with wake up your brain so with 30 minutes If you work out an hour a day you will loose a lot of pounds a year about 40 pounds a year yes it will take a long time for it to happen but just believe in it its true If you work out 30 minutes.......a year you may loose 10 pounds its very very hard to loose pounds but just keep working on it it will happen......
