There is no guarantee for weight loss. I can only give you my experience. I am at 28 on the BMI. That is not very much overweight. I went on the Adkins diet which has lots of meat and protein. I loss 17 pounds without trying and without exercise. My recommendation to you is to cut all portions of normal meals in half, eat more fruits and vegetables and exercise. The person that sells for Subway Sandwiches walked a lot and reduced his fat and carbohydrates, and when I say he walked, he walked miles!

If you fear damaging your health, then perhaps one egg a day and a good deal of lettuce and a couple of apples will make you feel safer. An egg has everything it takes to make a chick, so it must have at least a little of everything you need.
It would not be healthy for you to so this. Just go on a good nutritional diet and loose the weight over time. Why rush?

That means that if you are under 130 pounds, you're in good condition. Once you get really close or past 130 pounds, you should figure out a plan to help you lose some weight. A good and healthy weight range for you would be about 100 pounds- 120 pounds. If you can stay in this boundary, your weight is fine, and you shouldn't worry too much about your weight.
