theres this special soup diet that overweight people who need heart surgery go on to loose weight quickly. the more soup you eat the more you loose because your body will burn more calories digesting it than it actually contains. of course you will also be able to eat some other things too. you'll loose about 10 pounds in one week. just Google the keywords and the recipe should come up.
