AnswerUsing the bicycle machines at the gym is a real thigh toner.

You cannot lose thigh fat but you can make it in to muscle.

By doing that sitting in air exercise, you can do it by sitting against a wall but not having a chair under you or even try walking

Assuming you are ruling out surgery, spot reduction of fat is generally not possible and certainly will not happen by exercising the muscles that lie underneath. You are best just trying to lose fat the usual ways, low GL diet, intense exercise etc. etc.

To lose your inner thigh fat here's how you do it i had this problem to:

get a ball and squeeze it together do 10 reps...do this every day

For your stomach just do crunches or zumba.

Excercises are the main way most specialists advice to loose fat and tone your thighs, if you just eat less and restrict calorie intake you will loose fat from your legs but they will not have much shape or energy as you have not toned any muscle. This is also dangerous which is why following a healthy diet is just as important as excercising your inner thigh muscles.

Pilates works great for thighsI have been doing pilates excercises and they work great! You can get a pilates tape at any department store and just 20-25 minutes doing these about 3 - 4 times per week will definitely give you results that you want. I weighed about 170 pounds and I started pilates within 3 months I was from a size 16 to a 12! I am still losing weight now, and I do my pilates at least 4 times a week.

Firstly I assume this question is about losing body fat.

Your percentage body fat will de determined by your past diet, activity levels and your muscle mass.

Losing body fat is about creating a calorific deficit. Use more calories than you ingest.

In general a person with a greater muscle mass will have a higher metabolism so will burn more calories at rest. Having greater muscle mass is the first step in controlling your body fat. Muscle mass is developed via exercise and specifically resistance training.

Your activity levels will affect how many calories you burn so obviously the more active you are the better.

Finally and the biggest part of the whole calorific equation is ensuring you have a balanced diet that provides the nutirents your body requires while not providing excess calories. It is said that your diet controls up to 80% of your body fat. So get your diet right and 80% of the issue is dealt with.

What is a balanced diet? Well just that, more of the good stuff ie vegetables, nuts, fruits, grains, some of the other stuff ie proteins and fats and less of the bad stuff ie sugar.
