in 4 days you would be less likely to loose weight,you would be most likely add on weight...the only way to loose weight would be not eating,that would take about a month... i tryed that and didn't even last a day.. it's very hard to not eat so i wouldn't recommend it.

if you eat healthy and organic foods and go to the gym and exercise everyday you would get fit and healthy but u will be less likely to gain weight...so that might help...

You can lose somach fat by eating less junk foods and exercising in the RIGHT way. Meaning, dont just run, first do abdominal crunches, and strenghten your core, then run it off. As you lift before you run you tear away fatting tissues then after you run, you get rid of a layer of fat and gain a layer of muscle. Good luck!
