In order to lose your stomach fat area, you will have to do exercises such as crunches, sit-ups, and other ab- workouts.
It's actually really difficult to lose fat just from your stomach. Depending on how much weight you have around your mid section, you might want to do aerobics/running/jogging as well as ab exercises as these kinds of exercises get all of the muscles moving. ALSO, suck your tummy in when you're doing aerobic exercises (not constantly of course, just for a few moments and then relax it)
AnswerThat is completely dependent on how you gain weight, your body frame, bone size , where you put it on and how you workout to lose or gain weight. A pregnancy for instance may permanently make the hip to waist ratio a few inches bigger sometimes meaning more of an hourglass via mother hips or a thicker waist from a cesarean or a bigger stomach post partum which would mean less of an hourglass figure. Breast size can also shrink or become larger due to pregnancy/weight gain creating more or less of an hourglass figure. Slower weight loss seems to be the key to not reducing one's breast size drastically if you are trying to lose weight though some size change is usually unavoidable either way unless you are disproportionately large breasted. Also see other Hourglass figure questions.
be normal weight, at least five foot in adult height, nice assests (nice butt, muscular, small waist, things like that,) er... hourglass figure.
that is what i am and i don't think it is depending on the way your figure is. You could have a pretty big stomach and skinny legs . It all depends in the way you perceive it.
