Yea, that sucks. Unfortunately, it's all about genetics. If you've done everything that you can, sometimes the only thing left is lipo. What's your BMI? have you actually done the water BMI test? you can look skinny, but still have a lousy BMI if your muscle tone is poor. Sometimes, what looks like stomach fat can actually be slack muscles, especially after a woman has children. Try crunches if you think that could be a possibility in your case.
Well there are lots of ways:
you will find out the best ways for you, just remember not to stop eating its so bad for you. hope i helped x
Unfortunately no. The human body is an amazing machine but it doesn't work like that. The best way to explain it is something my personal trainer told me when I was losing weight:
Think about it as though you've just taken a row boat out to the middle of a deep lake. You dip a bucket in the water and come up with a full bucket. Now, did you remove that water from the entire lake or just from th area where you dipped the bucket?
Basically, your body take fat and energy from all over. Some people lose weight in their faces first, some in their legs, some in their stomachs. Just lose weightin a healthy fashion and eventually whatever you'd like to be gone, will be.
Normally, the stomach is the first place that loses weight. Although some people experience weight loss in their face or arms first.
As you lose weight you will notice that everything get smaller including your butt. Regardless of what people may tell you, it is all most impossible to lose weight from only one area of your body. So when you start losing weight you may not see instant results in one particular area but you will see over time that you are getting smaller all over.
There is no such thing as spot reduction. Dancing and biking are good cardiovascular activities which can cause you to lose weight all over your entire body. As said before, it is not possible to lose weight in just one area.
Not when you die. But over time as your body decomposes you will lose all your skin, muscle and fat so the weight will be lost as your body rots!
burn more calorie than you consume. for instance if you consume 2000 calories a day and you burn 2500 calories then you will start to lose weight if you do this for a long period of time you can lose a good bit of weight. one other thing to remember is that you cannot target one place on your body to lose weight. so yo cant just lose weight on your stomach or legs your body will decide were it need the fat from.
Well, although weight lossis generally a reduction of fatty tissue all over the body, it doesn't have to be the same rate all over the body. You can expect some slimming, but there might be pockets left that can prove very hard to get at.
Short of liposuction you can't target weight loss. If it's that important to you, you have to try to lose weight all over.
If you are over-weight, then diet and exercise will contribute to weight loss all over the body. Howver, you cannot lose weight in one area selectively. Only liposuction can produce this result.
Generally speaking, weight loss occurs all over the body and not from one particular body part. When a significant amount of weight loss occurs, it is very likely that your cheeks will get flatter as weight is also lost from the face.
The best way to lose weight all over without the excess skin is to not lose too quickly. Your body can adjust to the weight loss if it is slow and consistant. I have also heard that taking a good multi vitamin will help your body with the weight loss and keep your skin healthy.
A common misconception is that you can lose weight from a specific area. This just isn't true. The only way you can lose weight from your thighs is just to diet and cardio. Your body will lose weight evenly all over your body, so just stick to the diet and it will eventually go away. If you want to tone up the area, do squats and lunges.
plastic surgery. there is NO way to "spot-reduce" fat through diet and/or exercise. if you lose weight, you lose it all over.
