I can answer this cause i am 11 too!! Eat breakfast.. but wheat toast and two different typeS OF FRUIT have a lunch but healthy if not healthy make it small and no snacks and a tiny dinner (eattign food at dinner time makes u gain weight) and after dinner and after school play out such as run if u cant do that then do sit ups and jumping jacks and sqauts(if you want to) #1 rule NO JUNK FOOD drink plenty of water during your day. the maximum of water u need to clean your system and help u loose weight is to drink 8 glasses of water that is 8 ounces
