Diuretics, pilates, sit-ups, not eating fatty food or carbs at night, no alchohol.Realistically if you want to drop a size for an occasion get one of those amazing tummy control 'bicycle pant' things, I forgot the brand, but they are really comfortable, no-one notices and you will drop a size (for the night, but because you actually become aware of you body you will loose weight in a few days anyway, weird, but worked from me 12 to 10 in 3 days).

You could try not eating for 2 weeks. I lost 20 lbs from not eating for twp weeks. It was easy for me though, I had just had my tonsils taken out and could only eat applesauce. That was only to take vicodin. Or just eat like a to-go size of applesauce a day and that is it besides water. or watch your calories and consume less than half of what you should be consuming daily.

Low-Carb High Fibers.

NO:

Breads, Candies (Unless they have 0-3 Carbs & contain sugar alcohols.)

YES:

High-in-fiber Tortillas & that kind of things...

Breakfast:

Eggs w/ Bacon Scrambled or fried

Protein drinks w/ a hard-boiled egg.

Oatmeal.

Eat SMALL snacks every 3 hours.

So like, Nuts or something.

Lunch:

Turkey on a low-carb tortilla.

Egg-salad "Sandwich" on a low-carb tortilla

**(My Favorite.)**"Pizza" Consists of: Pepperoni, Mozzerella cheese, Parmesan cheese & a frying pan :)

Dinner:

Just about anything. :)
