start working out every other day, then at a time you feel comfortable and in control of how you work out start filling in those other days that you have never worked out. Instead of eating fast food make yourself a salad or something homemade. Eat fiber! instead of eating a sweet treat, like pastries go for a sweet fruit, like strawberries, grapes, pineapples, and don't put nothing in it. And remember 3,500 calories is a pound. So make sure you also try to put the calories you eat down on a piece of paper. It will help you!
