My own answer is use AVG anti-virus. Do a full computer scan and then restart the computer and do another scan. By now it should be gone. Save reformatting ONLY for the viruses that can't be removed with a simple anti-virus program. If you want to remove Trojan Java Class loader and don't want to lose everything on your computer use free AVG anti virus software. It's what worked for me when I had this exact trojan.
