How can you stop the cooling fan from operating permantly it comes on even if the engine is cold i have checked the relays but still no joy on a peugeot 306 1.4 xreg?

i had a similar thought but it turns out that they aren't actually on its just air rushing through when your driving, but if you mean full blast the its more likely a short in the cooling system. -Jakey5565
