People get influenced by the confidence you exhibit, honesty in talk and integrity. Do what you say and say what you do. There is a magnetism in transparent behaviour. ∙ 12y agoTo show good communication skills you have to pay very good attention to the person speaking,try to understand what they say,look at the person in the eyes to show them your not trying to show them that you don't care,and finally listen to everything the person is saying.

As an individual background tells a lot about me and my personality and also it will influence the way i communicate with people if my first language is not English and from my background i was thought another language which is not English when communicating with people who speak proper English i will find it had to adapt to what they saying because my background has an influence in the way i communicate also in some cultures which is equivalent to a person's background communication methods can be done differently from how another individual might communicate E.g. eye contact can be found disrespectful in some cultures and that could have a huge influence on how they communicate.
