When on acid, the pupils in the eyes will not react to light very fast. And with some people, their pupils do not react at all to different light.

Also, on acid, people cannot track with their eyes smoothly. If you were to have them follow with their eyes a pencil that you pass in front of them, their eyes will "dart" in a stop and start manner instead of following the pencil with a smooth eye movement

Look for excessive blinking too
