If the radiator fan does not shut off on a 1996 Chrysler Cirrus, the fan relay might be bad. The fan relay is usually located in a bank of relays near the battery.
No Chrysler does not use reset buttons.

Are you sure you need to replace it? Is it a no-spark condition? Might want to check the Crankshaft Position Sensor first.
You change the control arms, upper and lower. The ball joints are manufactured into the control arms.
You can not just change the ball joint , you have to replace the whole lower control arm with ball joint.
You have yo remove the intake manifold(plenum),Go to your local auto parts store and get a haines manual.It will describe everything in detail.
Most of the times, problem is in the solenoid pack, may be rebuilt or a new one, the important thing is there's no need to get down transmission.
It is usually in the front bottom right towards the head light. If this did not help look in your owners manule. I just did this yesterday on our 96 Cirrus LXi. It is in front of the driver's side tire and needs to be accessed from the wheel well. You can do this without removing the wheel. Turn the wheel hard to the left, reach in the wheel well and turn the four plastic retainers and pop the plastic access panel out. its deretally in front of the drivers side tire under the finnder you move it by take the panel off its easy to do
