Jailbreak way: In cydia go to search and install dTunes. Done.
Non-Jailbreak way: Open up internet explorer, not Google Chrome or Firefox, and go to BEEMP3.com then find the song you want and click the link, then type the 3 digit security check in. Then right click on the link and click Save Target as... Name it, Save it, open iTunes and click file and import playlist and click the song(s) and then sync your ipod.
