There are kits that can be purchased to do this procedure alone. However, if you've got help and don't want to purchase the kit, have a friend pump the brakes then hold the brake lever down while you loosen and tighten the brake bleeding screw on the caliper. Do this until no air bubbles appear. Be sure not to run the reservoir empty or you'll just be pushing air back into the system.
Open the bleeder valve on the 1990 F150 wheel that needs a line replaced. When the fluid stops flowing, loosen the line connections and remove the line. Install the new line, and bleed the brake lines after the reservoir has been refilled.
