Without using free weights your muscle gains are limited to an extent. However if you're a beginner you can gain lots of mass from bodyweight exercises.
Pushups, Crunches, Planks, Burpees, Pullups, and chinups. Will be your main exercises.
Do a combination of these everyday.
Try different variations of the pushup such as: Wide Hand spread, Wide hand and feet spread, Superman, 1 arm, And with your feet on another object. Also you can wear a backpack filled with books once you can do about 50 pushups no problem.
