I think you need to set up a private meeting with your teacher (ex. after school) and explain what is happening. Tell him or her that you need someone to talk to and that you feel like you can trust him or her. I am proud of you and Lana that you are both are trying to reach out to someone. Well done.

I understand. I myself have had suicidal thoughts. Im emo and I cut myself and i am going through serious depression. I don't know your religous veiws but im christian. and in the Bible, Leviticus 19:28 says that "You shall not make any cuts on your body for the dead or tattoo yourselves: I am the Lord" I have tried calling out to God and I do not read my Bible well enough or do I understand it enough to know what I am supossed to be listening for. God will answer you but all you have to do is shut up and LISTEN. I attend therapy and I write in journals, i write poems and everything to get my emotions out but i have found that the only thing that truley makes me feel better is cutting myself. I have severe addictions to it and suicidal thoughts, so I say get help. Find a friend that you can honestly say they wont tell anyone. Tell a small group of friends (1-4) and let them know that you are having these thought. They can help you find out why you are acting like this. They might not understand why. It helps to know that you are not alone in this. I know from experience.
